Q. I have changed my e-mail address, how do I update it on your website?
A. Please log in with your old e-mail address, click on "My Account" at the top of the page and then go to the "Personal Information" tab where you can update all of your contact details.
Q. I would like to receive your monthly e-mail newsletter, how do I get added to your database?
A. Please register on our website to receive our monthly newsletter or click here for our quick registration form.
Q. I placed my order online, but haven't received an order confirmation, have you received my order?
A. Please contact our customer services department to confirm whether we have received your order. We may have recieved your order, but if you had mistyped your e-mail address or if the e-mail has identified as spam, then your order confirmation e-mail would not have been delivered.
Q. I think I am already registered but cant log in?
A. If you have tried to use our forgotten password form but haven't recieved your password reminder within 10 minutes, please contact us as the password reminder may have been identifed as spam. Please contact us either by e-mail or telephone (0844 557 6700) and we will help locate your details.
Q. I ordered from you last season and would like to see what I ordered.
A. Please log in to your account, click on "My Account", then click on "Order History", here you can see you old orders and quickly add the contents of previous orders to your shopping basket.

Q. Do you ship outside of the UK?
A. Yes, we do ship outside of the UK, please view our Ordering and Delivery Information page for more information. (Certain Restrictions Apply)
Q. How long will it take to deliver my order?
A. Seed Orders are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days, plants, seed potatoes and trees are despatched at the appropriate time for planting, please see our delivery program for more specific information. During our peak periods (January - March) seed orders may take 7 - 10 working days).
