Growing Calendar for Tomato Gardening Delight F1 Seeds (Cordon)
Delivery: Late April to Late September
Gardening Delight is an improved Gardener's Delight variety a favourite for decades- a heritage variety which has begun to behave erratically in the garden.
Gardener's Delight is not an F1 hybrid therefore its offspring will have slightly different characteristics.
Modern breeding has bought back the tangy flavour of old, long trusses loaded with cocktail sized fruit (slightly larger than a cherry but small than standard sized tomatoes) and being modern breeding it also brings with it better disease resistance and more reliable cropping.
See my overall review, regarding out of six seeds only three look like surviving
Excellent germination. Waiting to see what the tomatoes are like.

Tomatoes taste just lovely picked fresh from the vine, tomatoes ripened by the sun have a unique flavour and sweetness making them great to add to salad, snack boxes or reduced to make delicious sauces.
