Stuffed Mushrooms

A super quick and easy recipe to make a delicious starter or a side for your evening meal. Mushrooms are nutritious and when combined with egg yolk and garlic make a filling dish.

  • 2 Portabello Mushrooms
  • 2oz of Butter
  • 1 Large Egg Yolk
  • 1-2 Cloves of Chopped Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
Stuffed Mushrooms


1. Beat egg and butter together, add garlic and season to taste

2. Spoon onto mushrooms

3. Place on baking tray and bake in oven for 25 to 30 mins at 175 C.
