Shallot Eschalote Grise sets are the first choice in shallots for top French chefs, often referred to as a Banana Shallot.
We have chosen an improved selection producing larger sets.
Each shallot set will produce between 15 and 20 intensely flavoured shallots!

That Eschalote Grise is classed as a "Banana Shallot". This term is often used by cooks to describe the long bulb varieties of onions and shallots. It is more of a cooking term than one used by gardeners.
Arrived in good condition and started to grow after a few weeks in the ground.
