Growing Calendar for Rose (Bush) Happy Retirement - Bare Root
Delivery: Early November to Early March
Rose Happy Retirement is a rose that can easily hold its own in any garden. It comes backed with RHS recognition for its foliage capabilities, and enjoyed for its beautiful flowering. What also great is it’s an extremely hardy to the UK climate and is also noted to be a fast grower.
Happy Retirement brings with it soft pink tones, bushy heads and a gloss finish. It is attractive enough to plant into its own pot or container. It also works well in a border offering a wonderful contrast between richer pink roses or flowers.
Like most roses, Happy Retirement prefers to be grown in full sun, in a moist yet well drained soil. If you are choosing to plant over winter we recommend that you choose a frost free period, where the bare root isn’t being planted into soil that is frozen.
