This is a magnificent annual petunia with a wonderful colour selection of petals producing a dessert like quality. This plant blooms striking colour of a perfect mix yellow and rose red densely packing your baskets from June to October.
The growth habit of this plant allows it to be the ideal flower for your hanging baskets. As the flower begins to fill out it eventually begins to tumble creating wonderful drapes of colour.
To achieve the look position five young plants evenly around your hanging baskets at planting and grow in an all-purpose compost. Continue to water well at planting and water twice to three times a day during the summer.
Remove fading flower heads throughout the summer to allow for new flowers to grow in their place. If you are looking for a long lasting, weather hardy plant packed with colour, then Petunia Queen of Hearts is the ideal addition for your garden.
