Growing Calendar for Pea Seeds - Half Pint
Delivery: 5-7 Working Days
An excellent windowsill pea plant reaching to a maximum of 30-37cm (12- 15in). Great for growing in high troughs or trugs and really easy to harvest. Shows excellent cold tolerance, down to -6°C (20°F).
Fill containers with multi-purpose compost and sow seeds at a depth of 5cm (2in) deep. Water the soil and sow seeds 7.5cm (3in) apart around the container. Carefully backfill the and firm lightly. Keep soil moist at all times, but never saturated.
Keep well watered, especially during dry spells. Pick while young and tender. To encourage more flowering as well as picking the peas at their best and sweetest.
Delighted with what is a new variety for me. Looking forward to the results from such a dwarf growing pea.
