A rare and luxury lavender variety that gives your outdoor space colour, scent and a majestic feel. Platinum Blonde gives impact when raised in containers, dotted around the front of your flowerbeds or even planted as low-flowering hedging of evergreen leaves.

Tall stems reveal flowers right through the summer, whether you plant your lavender Platinum Blonde in dry, poor soils or in rich compost. Tolerant to drought Platinum Blonde does well even in particularly dry summers.

Platinum Blonde brings in useful pollinators like bees and butterflies that stick around to pollinate the blossoms of tree fruits, strawberries and fruiting vegetables too like peas.

Useful Tip:

A light trim after the flowers start to dry and fade in colour promotes a second flush of flowers to come out the same year. Use sharp pruning shears to give your plants a light trim in late summer to promote a second flush and to keep your plants tidy and good-looking.
