Growing Calendar for King Edward Seed Potatoes
Delivery: Early January to Late May
High-yielding King Edward is a traditional variety you may be most familiar with. It's an old favourite, much-loved by generations of home-growers and deservedly so.
Every potato for the picking has attractive red splashes over the eyes. Not only attractive the red pigment is also naturally rich in antioxidants which strengthens your immune system.
We recommend you add a plant-boosting potato fertiliser to give your seed potatoes the best start when you plant them in March or April. By harvest time those seed potatoes will have developed into potatoes four times the size.
