I followed instructions and within 3 days bin was operating at 40 -50 C. Took out f8rst compost after 14 days, even though a cold weather start. Only disappointment was packaging. Why isn't it wrapped in compostable cardboard or potato starch plastic.
Have now had the bin for a month ,it is going well , but I would say that the instructions to operate could be more explicit
Seems to be working well so far!
