  • Variety of Heirloom Tomatoes
  • Firm Goats Cheese
  • Basil & Walnut Pesto, or Your Favourite Brand
  • Salt
  • Fruity Olive Oil
Heirloom Tomato, Basil & Goats Cheese Salad


1. Half then evenly slice the tomatoes and thinly slice the goats cheese.

2. Arrange the sliced tomatoes and goats cheese on a serving plate, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with pesto and olive oil.

Serve at room temperature.
