Heirloom Tomato, Basil & Goats Cheese Salad

- Variety of Heirloom Tomatoes
- Firm Goats Cheese
- Basil & Walnut Pesto, or Your Favourite Brand
- Fruity Olive Oil
1. Half then evenly slice the tomatoes and thinly slice the goats cheese.
2. Arrange the sliced tomatoes and goats cheese on a serving plate, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with pesto and olive oil.
Serve at room temperature.
