Develop and grow parts of your plant that you haven’t been able to before with Marshalls cutting globes. Marshalls cutting globes are lightweight yet strong allowing you to propagate parts of your plants that you thought were unreachable.

Traditionally used by bonsai masters globe propagation is a solution that has remained for over 4,000 years and still the most effective way of developing root structure from offshoots of your plant.

Our unique globes are the perfect solution for stubborn and hard to root plants. Simply select the area of the plant that you wish to propagate, the clear viewing of the globe allows you to view when new roots have developed. Once you are satisfied that new roots have grown you can proceed to cut the branch from the plant. By cutting from here you now have created a clone of the plant.

Essentially our cutting globe is the perfect solution to propagate in areas you previously didn’t think was possible. Allowing a simple solution to establish strong root structures and cloning of plants.

Diameter: 6cm / 2.3in

They were great, bought 3 packs. Have used them, and easy to use, and hoping the various rhododendrons and shrubs I have tried to propagate will work. From what I have seen online they can be more reliable than propagating from cuttings for some plants. First saw them on Beechgrove, the Scottish TV gardening programme, and that gave me the idea to use them. Weirdly, I have never found them in several major garden centres/chains since I saw them featured on TV. Only snag was the very last one I used didn't line up! The 'semi-holes' misaligned by about 1 cm on one side when the opposite one was lined up, which isn't Marshalls' fault and is a production issue. Have read online some don't line up but 5 out of 6 did. Would buy more, but wanting to wait until I'm sure I get success, but recommend the product.
