Order now for Late April 2020 delivery
Grow cucumber Anbar as part of your greenhouse collection of great-tasting salad ingredients. Maturing in the sun every cucumber picks up a lovely flavour; they taste much better than plastic-wrapped specimens you get from the shops.
Anbar shows impressive disease resistance to mildew for unblemished cucumbers which you can happily show off as part of your growing prowess. This all-female hybrid gives you sweet and flavoursome fruit which set fruit without pollination. Good news given that the number of bees and butterflies are unfortunately decreasing.
We suggest you grow in containers or in grow bags at either side of your glasshouse. You receive three healthy young plants in a mini-propagator to give your young plants the best start. The propagator gives them the right humidity and soil moisture which makes for happy and productive plants.
They are growing very slowly
As always very good will use again
The plants looked very good and are now establishing in the greenhouse.
