Growing Calendar for Coronilla glauca Variegated - 3L Potted Shrub
Delivery: 5-7 Working Days
Add this pretty loose and attractive shrub to your garden and introduce vibrant yellow pea-flowers to your plot. The flowers come out intermittently in all seasons, just like gorse, its cousin, and is offset by contrasting evergreen green leaves with white edges.
We recommend you grow Cornilla by structures that they will clamber and spread over, creating a pretty veil of leaves and yellow flowers all year round. Neighbour with daffodils for contrast in the spring, rudbeckias in summer and autumn and place containers filled with winter bedding full of yellow pansies nearby in the colder months.
Your Coronilla plant on arrival:
You receive your coronilla, delivered to your door in a 3 litre pot filled with rich moist compost. The stems may have been pruned to grow well and healthily as the plant goes from our nursery to your door.
Your 3 litre pot is wrapped in polythene to encourage humidity and maintain moist soil. You can keep your plant in its pot until you have time to plant it in a larger container or a flower bed. Plant on a clear, dry rain. We recommend that you give your plant a thorough water after planting.
On freezing nights, consider covering your plant with a double layer of fleece of with a fleece jacket.
Our products are all grown with the utmost care and to high standards of quality. We regularly check our nursery stock to determine exactly when they will be at the optimum time for despatch.
We despatch our fresh, nursery-grown live plants (including vegetables, trees and flowers) when they are at a stage of growth ready for you, the customer, to plant on at home.
