Growing Calendar for Chilli Pepper Machu Pichu - Plants
Delivery: Late April to Early May
Upright and compact plants give you big numbers of brown, glossy and attractive peppers. These peppers offer a smoky flavour and a medium-heat. We recommend you chop or slice them in the kitchen and add to chilli com carni and full-bodied curries.
Grow in containers and your plants thrive given sun and moist soil to grow in. Additional supports helps as it attains its height of 90cm (3ft) and keep your attractive plants compact and visually pleasing.
Your vegetable plants arrive to your door in a plastic wallet perfect for young plants to travel in from our nursery. The wallet allows your young plants to maintain good health, by giving them an ideal air and root environment.
If you cannot plant up your vegetable plants straight away into a container make sure the plug of your plants is kept moist at all times. Look to planting in their permanent position within five to seven days.
Please unpack the plants as soon as you receive them and sit them in a tray of shallow water if they appear to have dried out in transit.
Once you have received our superb young plants follow these simple instructions...
