Growing Calendar for Carolus Seed Potatoes 1kg Pack
Delivery: 5-7 Working Days
Look forward to the big crops you get from variety Carolus; a variety with a good balance of moisture to firmness giving Carolus a consistency that makes great chips and wedges, not crumbling apart in the cooking process.
Carolus shows commendable qualities in the kitchen as they make great jackets too with skins that crisp up on cooking while the insides remain fluffy and light. Earth up Carolus in September when the days get cooler and you are after something to eat that’s tasty and heart-warming.
Grow Carolus in Gro-Sacks if you haven’t got a vegetable patch but want to enjoy the benefits of home-growing. Plant one to five seed potatoes to every Gro-Sack in spring in specially-formulated Vegetable Compost (this offers the right free-draining consistency).
Treat your plants to some Pre-planting Potato Feed for a good boost of nutrients. Earth up the soil around the bottom half of the stems on a weekly basis to ensure you keep the actual potatoes well-covered at all times.
Our products are all grown with the utmost care and to high standards of quality. We regularly check our nursery stock to determine exactly when they will be at the optimum time for despatch.
We despatch our fresh, nursery-grown live plants (including vegetables, trees and flowers) when they are at a stage of growth ready for you, the customer, to plant on at home.
The delivery period shown on your order confirmation indicates when you can expect to receive your order and we will endeavour to despatch your plants in this period within 7-14 days
