Growing Calendar for Busy Lizzie New Guinea Divine Mix- Plants
Delivery: Mid April to Mid May
Grow half-hardy annual busy Lizzie New Guinea Divine Mix and get lots of flowers, twice as large as conventional busy Lizzies, from June, all through summer and well into autumn.
These Lizzies are extra busy and perform well whether you've planted them in shade or full sun. Resistant to cold and wet weather they are a success in our variable climate where summers can be hot or dull and cool.
24 large plugs - Strong enough to be planted into in baskets or containers or into their final position provided the temperature is warm enough and there is no risk of frost.
If not, we recommend potting on into 7cm (3in) pots to allow them to grow on before planting out. Plants will be approximately 7cm (3in) from base to tip.
Sadly only 2 of the plants were in their slots, the others were all over the place. Only 2 plants have survived and no idea if these were the 2 still in their slots, but I think that the die-off was due to frost (in the greenhouse) and not poor packaging! So whilst not happy with the state of the plants, can't really blame Marshalls and I will continue to use them
