Growing Calendar for Broad Bean De Monica Plants - Autumn Planting
Delivery: Early October to Mid October
Broad Bean De Monica is a dual purpose, disease resistant variety that can be sown to overwinter for your earliest spring crops. From a spring sowing De Monica is so fast growing and quick to mature it will be amongst your earliest cropping broad beans too.
Broad Bean De Monica plants have a strong upright habit with 2-3 stems per plant.
Pods contain 5 -6 large white flavoursome beans and are held off the ground so are kept clean and easy to pick.
