Winter Cabbages

Winter cabbages are an absolutely must-have along with Kale during winter months when the garden can offer little variety. All Marshalls varieties are ball or drum headed selected for their flavour and long storing or standing ability. For coleslaw do chose a white variety.

Cabbages are easy to grow, and can keep the whole family fed all year round. It can be eaten fresh or cooked and has an excellent source of vitamin C.
