Sow Outdoors: July- August thinly ½in (1cm) deep direct in the harvest location in rows 12in (30cm) apart. Keep soil moist at all times.
Thin Out: 2in (15cm) apart.
Harvest: September- December
Very tender, small roots from regular sowings can be roasted whole.
