This year grew these for first time and very impressed. They grow into small bushes and are VERY heavy croppers.Tomatoes of a good size too. I intend to dry these out and freeze them as im sure theyll last me the year as sun dried tomatoes, will defo grow again
A fantastic cooks tomato - I have grown these for the last 5 years & they give a superb & heavy crop every time. Easy to peel, with no hard core - makes excellent tomato sauce base and tomato ketchup. Highly recommend.
I grow these this year for making sauces; I got a large crop that was excellent for cooking. The crop was so heavy it pulled all the branches down, next year I will try supporting the branches somehow. Well worth a try if you want a cooking Tom.
