after using a different variety from a different supplier last year with disastareous results i went over the top and sowed 4 packets of honeydew to be on the safe side , achieved 98.5% germination and currently harvesting an average of 3 well sized cobs per plant . If you can catch a cob "on the cusp " don't even bother cooking as it is even sweeter raw !! ( no tooth picks required ). I am not looking anywhere else next year !
