Summer Cabbages

For earliest cutting sow under glass in February, harden off and plant outside when large enough. May also be sown in a seedbed in March/April.

Cabbages are easy to grow, and can keep the whole family fed all year round. It can be eaten fresh or cooked and has an excellent source of vitamin C.
