Excellent plant, I have an allotment, growing vegetables and fruit, and the strawberyy Flamenco is an excellent producing plant to follow early strawberry plants it gives off sdome beautiful tasting berries which prelongs the season
I have a very small patio garden in cambridgeshire and I have balconieres. Over the years I have tried a variety of species of strawberries BUT when I planted Flamencos I have NEVER looked back, large, SWEET fruits and all naturally grown. Now I am fighting with the birds to see who can gather more strawberries. An excellant choice, well worth the wait to indulge in Strawberries and cream each summer
August is primarily about harvesting your crops, but there are still some vegetables that can be sown and planted out!
