Potato ‘Sharpe’s Express’ is a heritage variety which has been going strong since 1901. ‘Sharpe’s Express’ tubers are long and oval with shallow eyes, white skin and pale lemon-coloured, fine flavoured flesh. It has good resistance to common scab.
This first-early variety produces lots of attractive potatoes, quick-maturing in a favourable spring. If late-frost threatens protect early growth with horticultural fleece.
Potatoes arrived well packaged and in good condition. They chatted well and are now in the ground!
Good quality. No rejects.
