Shallot Picasso

A great new introduction which produces superb quality, mildly flavoured, pink-fleshed shallots.

These eat well raw but are also excellent when pickled. Bulbs mature evenly, producing a very uniform crop which can be harvested early.

Plants show very high resistance to bolting.

Lovely mild flavoured shallots. Sets bulbed & multiplied well. Harvested mine in July along with my autumn planted garlic. Also store very well.
