Savoy Cabbages

Savoy cabbages have heavily crinkled leaves of deep green or blue-green. They have a wide cutting period, with some fast maturing varieties ready in late summer and some holding over winter and well into the spring.

Cabbages are easy to grow, and can keep the whole family fed all year round. It can be eaten fresh or cooked and has an excellent source of vitamin C.
