Pickling Onion Seeds

Whether you use our full flavoured brown skin onions or the milder silverskin onions, you pickled onions will be crispy and flavoursome.

Pickling onions can be grown on fairly poor soils though we would suggest growing them in fertile soils for best results. Like an ordinary onion once the foliage dies down harvest the bulbs. If you do not pickle immediately, they can be stored for a period of time.
