Super-value and harmonious collection of colour contrasting perennials that you can add to your border for a dazzling flower display year after year. Includes one plant each of Chelone obliqua, Crocosmia Lucifer, Helenium Red Shades, Rudbeckia fulgida Goldsturm, Sedum Matrone and Phlox paniculata.

These bare-root varieties arrive to you as bare-root plants fully labelled with their roots surrounded by a polythene bag to give the roots a good, humid environment.

Bare-root plants are perfect for you to plant in the ground or in containers anytime from autumn to spring.  The head of leaves and stems will burst into leaf and flower from next spring, and a good root network which will establish in the ground over winter.

Remove the polythene bag and water the root area of your bare-root plant on arrival. Try to plant straight away but if this is not possible your plant will survive up to two or three days with its roots buried in some loose moist soil. Keep out of direct-sun until permanently planted.

Once planted in rich, moist soil provide a thick layer of compost on the surface around the plant will keep the soil area warm and the roots stimulated for over winter.
