Unfortunately they do not fare as well on the Isle of Skye for long. It's the wet weather and not the wind. They are good pods and very tasty. Beautiful flowers but eventually they succomb to powdery mildew so if you do not get the wet climate these would be fantastic.
This is a great pea with lots of tendrils which support it. I put it in in the summer when all the early peas have finished and not only does it give a reliable crop but also adds nitrogen.
