How your plants arrive

You receive our plum trees as young specimens growing strongly and sturdily and primed to produce lots of plums for you.

They arrive as a main stem studded with buds with lots of growing potential in spring.

The roots are covered in a pot in a polythene bag to keep the roots perfectly humid while transported from our nursery to your home.

When they first go in the ground, it’s their roots that really get growing; you won’t see this as it’s all happening underground. Once spring turns into summer those roots will promote lots of green growth above the soil.
