Excellent crop of large flavoursome roots. Stood untill Mid February in a lot of snow and ice in the NE scotland and were still fine.
Parsnip White Gem Seeds 1020-2797
Sweet flavoured, broad, shorter rooted variety that grows in most types of soil.
Sow Outdoors: February-May in direct harvest location at ½ in (1cm) deep In rows 12in (30cm) apart.
Thin Out: to 6in (15cm) apart.
Plant Out:
Harvest: October-February Crops can remain in the ground till needed.
Do not allow soil to dry out prior to emergence of seeds.
