As i am new to gardening, in that, i recently acquired an allotment, unsure of which plants is should grow, i decided that Pak Choi, a sensible choice, as this is what i like to eat and duly sowed them. I am so pleased they look like little Pak Choi peeping through the soil and so fast, great for little people too!

Disease and bolt resistant green stemmed variety.

Sow Indoors: April-May, August-September in clean trays or module trays of firm pre watered compost, cover with ½in (1cm) of vermiculite or sieved compost. Place in warmth 18-21°C (65-70°F) and keep moist at all times.

Thin Out: Use thinning as 'baby leaf'. Thin alternate plants regularly allowing some plants to mature.

Harvest: May-December

Feed regularly and water more frequently as a crop forms.
