Pak Choi - Rubi Shine Seeds

Outstanding for its appearance alone! Ruby Shine is a beautiful red-purple colour, with a netted red veining on its green underside. It can be grown as a mature plant for stir-fries and steaming but is also ideal for baby leaf harvest.

Very easy to grow. I would recommend picking when quite young and small, as I found they taste great at this stage, and grow almost like a "cut and come again" crop.

Quick growing , attractive and delicious!

Sow Indoors: April-May, August-September in clean trays or module trays of firm pre watered compost, cover with ½in (1cm) of vermiculite or sieved compost. Place in warmth 18-21°C (65-70°F) and keep moist at all times.

Thin Out: Use thinning as 'baby leaf'. Thin alternate plants regularly allowing some plants to mature.

Harvest: May-December

Feed regularly and water more frequently as a crop forms.
