Pak Choi Glacier Seeds

Glacier is a brand new, British bred Pak Choi. It has white stems with contrasting deep green leaves. Ideally suited to vagaries of the British climate. It is slow to bolt with a long growing season. Use as a baby leaf for salads or whole head for crisp, tasty stirfries.

British bred with a long growing season.

Sow Indoors: April-May, August-September in clean trays or module trays of firm pre watered compost, cover with ½in (1cm) of vermiculite or sieved compost. Place in warmth 18-21°C (65-70°F) and keep moist at all times.

Thin Out: Use thinnings as 'baby leaf'. Thin alternate plants regularly allowing some plants to mature.

Harvest: May-November

Feed regularly and water more frequently as a crop forms.
