Oriental vegetables are tasty, vigorous and highly adaptable vegetables. They grow so quickly that they naturally lend themselves to planting into any slot recently vacated by potatoes, peas or similar crops.
They are especially suited to growing in summer and autumn, can be used from the baby leaf stage for salads or grown to maturity for use in stir fries, steaming and braising. Oriental vegetables are nutritious and will add a little spice to your cooking!
