A superb onion producing one of the earliest crops from a spring planting.

Fen Early keeps much better than other early types - until the end of winter.

Special Note: These sets are specially heat-treated for 20 weeks to minimise bolting. Heat Preparation also extends the growth period which means that greater yields can be achieved.

Sets are released from our preparation rooms just as soon as they are ready for planting.

I can highly recommend heat prepared Onions, I had very few failures and non bolted, lovely flavor too.

I was extremely pleased with the onions this year. The onions I harvested were consistently large and unblemished. I was interested to see the gardening tip in this month's newsletter advising the eating of the largest ones first because of possible neck rot - I have noticed this just beginning in one or two. The others look as if they will keep well.
