We have been eating these in salads, stir-frys, omelettes, just about anything really. Uproot and use immediately, they are brilliant. Exceptional flavour.
This is a quick growing hot spring onion
Sow Outdoors: March-August thinly ½in (1cm) deep and in short rows 6in(15cm) apart directly into harvest location. Keep soil moist at all times.
Thin Out: not needed pull as required
Plant Out: Sow fairly thick directly into harvest location.
Harvest: June-October as required,. Sow little and often for regular harvesting.
