These are quick to grow and excellent for salad - after cutting they just keep on coming again and again. Perfect with a balsamic dressing and cherry tomatoes.

Fast grower, great in stir fries and salads.

Sow Outdoors: March-September thinly ½in (1cm) deep in harvest location or clean module trays of firm pre watered compost. Keep soil moist at all times.

Thin Out: 4in (10cm) apart.

Plant Out: May-August into the required fertile harvest position 8in (20cm) apart in rows 12in 30cm apart.

Harvest: May-November

Mizuna can be harvested at any stage of growth. Use thining as baby leaf.
