Contrary to another user's experience, I'm delighted with these, as is my five year old son! We have placed the kits on my son's bedroom windowsill, and from planting two weeks ago (first week of March 2011) we are off to a flyer. These kits seem to me to serve two very useful functions. Firstly, as a source of micro greens for an enthusiastic cook the kits are far more interesting than the basic cress offer available in even the better supermarkets. Secondly, they are another very good way to encourage youngsters to get involved in their own gardening projects. I will be ordering two more kits when I next place an order. One for home, and one for Matthew to take into school.

Not as easy to obtain results as it says. Number of seeds in the packets is too low to get anything the advertising pictures. Very slow to germinate. Will give it one more attempt!
