Marshalls Exhibit For All Seasons Grabs Another Gold at Hampton Court Flower Show 2011

Marshalls kitchen garden fruit and veg specialists have built on their award winning reputation by bagging yet another prestigious gold medal at this years’ RHS Hampton Court Flower Show, which ran from 4th to 10th of July.

Hampton Court DisplayThis is the fourth year that Marshalls Seeds have exhibited at the RHS Hampton Court Gardening Show and they are thrilled that their “Greenhouse Gardening For All Seasons” theme managed to impress the judges, gaining them “excellent” marks in all categories to win another highly acclaimed gold medal for their display of year round fruit and vegetables.

Their exhibit in the Grow Your Own pavilion was divided into four quadrants, each featuring a greenhouse to show just what can be achieved in an unheated greenhouse throughout the year.

Each greenhouse showcased seasonal produce, reflecting Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter planting, using the Marshalls unique Four Seasons Greenhouse Gro-Bed system.

With the interest in Grow Your Own showing no signs of fading, Marshalls are showing visitors to the show how even the smallest space can be used productively - whatever the season.

Hampton Court DisplayMarshalls managing director, Martin Harvey, said: “Given the increasingly high standards of the exhibits here at Hampton Court, we are absolutely delighted to have gained another gold, which reflects the great team work and effort by all involved.”

Martin added that “The visitors have been inspired to maximise the use of their space all year round, by using our new Grow Beds system, which has proved to be very popular!”

New varieties on display for 2012 include pak choi Glacier, mizuna Red Knight, lambs lettuce Trophy, Bright and Spicy salad mix.

Marshalls new Bio- Gro Black Gold HS70 a natural, concentrated seaweed fertiliser and plant health supplement, is also on offer at the show.
