We acheived good yields although lost a few to bolting at the end of the season. We started off in cells in the potting shed, and then planted on. The upright structure of the intial shoots meant thinning and transplanting was easy. We enjoyed these in a variety of ways, and where very tasty with an oil and vinegar dressing or very finely grated cheese.
