Leek Seeds - Apollo 1020-2565

Ideal for close planting.

Sow Indoors: January-February under glass.

Sow Outdoors: March-April thinly into pre watered soil ½in (1cm) deep in rows 6in (15cm) apart in seed bed. Keep soil moist at all times.

Plant Out: April Transplant when 8in (20cm) high into holes 6in (15cm) deep fill with water.Only when plants are well establised start blanching by earthing up.

Harvest: November-March.

Liquid feed during summer.

Very easy to grow but rather susceptible to rot.

Sowed these late this year but so far they have resisted the rust problem I have on my plot. They germinated and have grown well this year.
