Musselburgh is a mid-season, mild-flavoured leek with short, thick white stems. It’s extremely winter hardy and therefore very popular in colder areas where its reliability is second to none, making it one of the best varieties available.

These arrived as well packed, healthy plants. So easy to sow, and excellent for a larger or even quite compact garden. Keep them watered and they will look after themselves. No bugs to worry about and an excellent winter vegetable. Easy to grow, easy to tend and delicious to eat. The fact that they are supplied as ‘plants’ makes them fool proof!
