I think the rating for me would be 5 as I find that growing King Edward potatoes are one of the easiest around. I also find that as I have only a small plot I can grow them without any problems in potatoe bags in the greenhouse, which also helps with fly protection and wind protection. I would recommend potatoe bags for anyone who has a small garden or just a patio, great invention.
