Growing Calendar for French Bean (Climbing) Purple Cascade - Plants
Delivery: Late May to Early June
We have been eagerly waiting for this lovely bean to become available. It is a really beautiful variety with a flavour to match! The plants are high yielding and pods retain their colour after light steaming or stir-frying.
2 plants were still in the early stages of growing (one had only just started to sprout, so not ready to plant out. The rest were in excelant condition
Strong plants but jumbled up in the box , which was damaged. Plants recovered and are doing well.
Hoping that despite poor state when they arrived they will grow well
Please unpack the plants as soon as you receive them and sit them in a tray of shallow water if they appear to have dried out in transit.
