Sow Indoors: All year round ¼in (½cm) deep in clean punnets or modules of firm pre watered seed compost. Keep soil moist at all times.15oC (60oF)

Sow Outdoors: May-September thinly ¼in (½cm) deep direct in harvest location. Keep soil moist at all times.

Plant Out: May-September. Harden off young plants before planting out into the required harvest position 2in (20cm) apart in rows 6in apart.Prefers moist soil and semi shade

Harvest: All year round.

All parts of the plant are edible.
