Growing Calendar for Clubroot Resistant Brassica Collection x 16 - Plants
Delivery: Early May to Mid May
If your soil is affected by clubroot fungal infection then this is definitely the collection for you!
16 plants, 4 each of Cabbage Kilaton, Cauliflower Clapton, Brussels Sprouts Crispus and Red Cabbage Lodero.
Cabbage Kilaton: Produces dense heads of good flavour and can be grown at close spacing. It also has good tolerance to internal black. Harvest: October - January.
Cauliflower Clapton: It has good erect growth so takes up less space and produces well protected dense white curds. Harvest: September - October
Brussels Sprout Crispus: Excellent standing ability, the small tight buttons are dark green with good flavour. Harvest: October - January.
Red Cabbage Lodero: The first clubroot resistant red cabbage. This maincrop variety stores well. Harvest: October - November.

Brassicas arrived in a poor condition crammed into a small plastic carton. Some didn't survive the journey
Please unpack the plants as soon as you receive them and sit them in a tray of shallow water if they appear to have dried out in transit.
