Chilli - Pepper Caldero Seeds

Plant habit is very compact making this an ideal variety for pots on a warm patio.

A medium hot, sweet and uniform conical shaped chilli. Produces glossy fruits that ripen creamy yellow to orange and red at maturity.

An extremely attractive variety!

Cheated and grew these in pots on my conservatory. Very easy to grow and had great success!

First time for growing chilli. Very easy to grow and productive but the chillis didn't get beyond the creamy yellow stage, but they are big and well formed.

Grow in a conservatory, greenhouse or on a sunny patio.

Sow Indoors: February-April thinly, in clean trays of firm pre watered compost, cover with ¼in (½cm) of vermiculite or sieved compost. Place in warmth 15-20°C (60-70°F) and keep moist at all times.

Prick Out: When large enough to handle, transplant into 3½in (7cm) pots to establish.

Grow On: Plant out into individual pots or growing bags at a minimum of 15°C (60°F)

Harvest: August-October.

Feed regularly to increase flowering and fruiting.

Very compact plant.
