Delivery: 5-7 Working Days
Celeriac 'Monarch' is much smoother skinned and has better flavoured and textured flesh. Surprisingly easy to grow and an improvement on older strains, it produces delicious white flesh and smooth roots.
Sow Indoors: February-March thinly ¼in (0.5cm) deep in clean trays or modules of firm pre watered compost. Keep soil moist at all times.
Plant Out: May-June into the required harvest position 12in (30cm) apart with 12in (30cm) between each row.
Harvest: September onwards. If overwintering in the ground cover with straw or compost to protect from frost.
